We are a dynamic and growing company, part of a larger group, and we are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Support/Business Development Representative. This is a fully remote position, offering flexible hours and a commission-based compensation structure.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Engage with assigned leads and prospective clients to close sales.
- Maintain high attention to detail and prioritize excellent customer service.
- Track and manage engagements using Salesforce.

**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Comfortable with frequent phone communication.
- Professional and assertive phone etiquette.
- Strong drive to succeed in sales.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

- Successful completion of a background check is required before hiring.
