### Role: **Team Operations Manage**r

We’re looking for a **Team Operations Manager** to **oversee and communicate with the internal team**, keeping operations flowing while the CEO is away or focused on growth and strategy. You’ll help manage all branches, maintain progress, and act as a core organizer for LifeAmongTheion’s moving parts.

### Responsibilities

* Lead and maintain **team communication, reports, and scheduling**
* Organize and monitor tasks across **subsidiaries and projects**
* Host **weekly team check-ins** and progress reviews
* Coordinate with assistants, editors, marketers, and creators
* Be the **go-to point** when leadership isn’t available
* Solve team issues, realign focus, and push daily momentum
* Document milestones, blockers, and upcoming needs
* Help support and grow all LAT branches as we expand

### Important Note

This is a **startup position** — we are in **early stages** with **limited pay and infrastructure** right now.

However:

### Ideal Traits

* Previous **team management or project coordination** experience
* Strong communicator and organized leader

* Familiar with tools like Trello, Notion, or ClickUp
* Passionate about wellness, psychology, or creative work
* Can see the long-term value of building something from scratch
