Location: North St. Louis – Supporting 14 Local Apartment Communities

Requirements
Previous multifamily housing leasing experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Availability: Monday – Friday (9 AM – 6 PM) and occasional Saturdays (10 AM – 3 PM)
Strong computer skills and ability to learn property management software
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service mindset
Willingness to complete online training courses
Responsibilities
Greet, assist, and lease apartments to prospective residents
Ensure model and target apartments are clean and presentable
Complete market survey reports
Maintain strong curb appeal across the property
Accept and process rental applications
Prepare and execute lease documents with all required signatures
Maintain and update leasing documentation and marketing logs
Assist with property marketing efforts and ensure materials are up to date
Handle daily outreach marketing (Craigslist, community connections, etc.)
Help build and maintain strong resident relations programs
