Position: PT Maintenance/Driver

We are currently seeking a Maintenance/Driver to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe transportation of our residents and assisting with light maintenance tasks to maintain a high-quality living environment.

Key Responsibilities

Driver Duties:

• Safely operate the facility van/bus to transport residents to and from scheduled appointments.
• Assist residents and other passengers with seating, restraints, and special equipment to ensure safe loading and unloading.
• Maintain and fuel the facility vehicle, ensuring it remains in proper working condition.

Maintenance Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Conduct painting and drywall repairs as needed to maintain the facility’s appearance.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems, implementing effective solutions.
• Assist in planning and executing preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal facility functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory levels.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
• Qualifications Requirements
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Light maintenance skills preferred.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and general labor duties.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Job Type: Part-time

Shift Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday (Tuesdays and Thursdays possible)
• 25 hrs. - 32 hrs. a week
