A remote-first digital publishing company is now onboarding entry-level Digital Publishing Coordinators to assist in the creation of nonfiction Kindle eBooks using structured templates and guided AI writing tools. This position does not require prior writing experience or a college degree. All training, research systems, and formatting materials are included to support your success from day one.
The role is centered around producing high-demand nonfiction eBooks in simplified formats that follow a repeatable process. Using modern AI tools and our proprietary publishing framework, coordinators will be responsible for turning ideas into live Kindle books on the Amazon platform.
Select publishing topics based on data-driven niche discovery tools
Outline nonfiction books using the included framework
Organize logical chapter structures using template-based prompts
Use pre-approved AI tools to assist with drafting book content
Edit, refine, and restructure AI outputs to ensure clarity and coherence
Follow content formatting guidelines to prepare for final upload
Apply SEO-informed metadata including title, subtitle, keywords, and description
Follow checklist-based formatting rules to ensure KDP compatibility
Prepare basic book cover elements using included design tools
Upload completed manuscripts to Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing
Launch books using the provided press release and promotion framework
Monitor basic performance metrics through Amazon dashboards
This position is open to individuals with no formal publishing background. You must be comfortable working independently, using web-based tools, and learning new systems.
Minimum qualifications include:
Reliable internet access and basic computer literacy
Familiarity with Google Docs or Microsoft Word
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured instructions
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Interest in nonfiction topics such as productivity, self-help, wellness, or lifestyle

Onboarding videos walking through each phase of book creation
AI writing prompt templates and pre-built chapter guides
Research and keyword validation tools

You will also receive guidance on scaling your portfolio and optimizing performance post-launch.
This is a publishing-based position, with compensation coming from Amazon Kindle royalties. Once published, books continue to generate passive income long-term.
