ASRC Federal is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support their work with the U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) Chief Information Officer (CIO) G6 Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) at the Redstone Arsenal, AL. The project manager working with a team of six to develop and manage project schedules from requirements initiation to solution deployment. This includes initial requirements gathering, analysis, risk analysis and management, technical solution evaluations and recommendations, and preparing and presenting decision briefs. Key responsibilities will include:
+ Assist the task order Program Manager with ensuring all work performed by the AI Team is performed according to the Performance Work Statement, turned in on time, with minimal to no errors.
+ Working with the task order Program Manager to check certifications and training requirements of team members, including tracking when annual training is required, and ensuring all team members' training is up to date
+ Developing, modifying, and tracking detailed project plans to completion - these plans may include timelines, sprints, project resource estimates, risk management, and a master schedule for projects.
+ Briefing project status reports throughout the lifecycle of the project, using Government provided software - this includes providing recommended "return to green" plans if the project is behind schedule.
+ Facilitating discussions with the ACC enterprise user community to conduct process reviews on assigned projects.
+ Performing comprehensive reviews of deployed applications quarterly after launch.
+ Collecting utilization metrics and proactively engaging with customers if utilization rates are suboptimal.
+ Analyzing findings of reviews and presenting a detailed brief to the CIO and the Governance and Strategy Division Chief.
+ Managing the government's choses system that serves as a centralized repository for business applications and tools, enabling the Enterprise and PMO to evaluate existing solutions and identify reusable components for new projects.
+ Tracking, monitoring, and reporting metrics established by the Government.
+ Utilizing presentation techniques to provide metrics, focusing on actionable insights - this includes presenting data for the intended audience in an easy to navigate, visually appealing way that follows all ACC standards and is an accurate representation of the data.
+ Developing comprehensive software sustainment plans that encompass maintenance, updates, and user support.
Required Skills:
+ Strong verbal and written communications skills.
+ In-depth experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially SharePoint and Project.
+ Ability to research, analyze, and present findings on technical solutions, including benefits, risks, costs, and schedules to each solution.
Education Requirements:
+ A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
+ Leading SAFe Certification
