The Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Specialist, Product Launch Excellence to play a critical role in ensuring our new products launch flawlessly. In this role, you will be at the center of cross-functional collaboration — working closely with product marketing, brand marketing, sales, design, project management, and ecommerce teams to manage every operational detail behind bringing new products to market.
You will be responsible for ensuring launch content accuracy, sales and ecommerce readiness, competitive insights, and retailer sell-in support — setting new products up for success from the very first day they hit the market.

What You Will Do - Lead Cross-Functional Launch Coordination: Act as the central liaison across product marketing, brand, packaging, design, project management, and sales teams to ensure new products are accurately set up in systems and tools, driving flawless execution throughout the product development cycle.
- Drive Ecommerce & Sales Enablement: Equip ecommerce and sales teams with the tools, product information, and resources they need to confidently position and sell new products, ensuring all materials are timely, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
- Support Retailer Meetings & Events: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing retailer meetings, product showcases, and demos.
- Support Market Research Insights: Support research initiatives that guide product launch strategies, positioning, and messaging — ensuring launches are informed by strong consumer, category, and competitive insights.
- Manage Launch Health Tracking: Monitor post-launch product performance by reviewing online content, tracking customer reviews, and supporting initiatives that drive 5-star satisfaction and brand credibility.
- Audit Launch Content Accuracy: Proactively audit ecommerce and retail channels before and after launch to verify that all product listings, imagery, and content are correctly displayed and meet brand standards.
- Conduct Competitive & Category Analysis: Research industry trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and strengthen product positioning.

Compensation Range $50,000 - $60,000
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, location, and relevant education or training.
