Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Advertising Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for supporting the execution of advertising campaigns from concept to completion. You will work closely with our creative, production, and client services teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with brand goals.
Responsibilities
Coordinate advertising projects, timelines, and deliverables
Assist in developing advertising strategies and proposals
Monitor and track campaign performance and report key findings
Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to manage deadlines
Maintain organized documentation and records of advertising activities
Ensure brand consistency across all advertising materials
Support invoice processing and budget tracking for campaigns
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or project coordination
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
