SANKOFA KITCHEN Sankofa Kitchen is a family-owned and operated, eclectic-style, and African inspired, beautifully decorated restaurant that offers a pleasurable and unique dining experience. It is conveniently located off Interstate 67 and Camp Wisdom In the heart of Southern Oak Cliff.

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: $16.86 - $20.00 per hour.

Schedule:

• 10-Hour Shift.
• 8-Hour Shift.
• Day Shift.
• Monday to Friday.
• Night Shift.
• Weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications and dietary requirements.
• Ensure all food is handled safely and in compliance with Food Handler Certification standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Assist in menu planning and contribute to a positive dining experience for guests.
• Utilize knife skills and culinary techniques to enhance food presentation and quality.
