We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Virtual Assistant to help our team with administrative tasks. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy helping others, and are willing to learn, we’d love to have you on our team.
This is a remote, part-time position , making it perfect for anyone looking to work from home with flexible hours.
Assist with scheduling and managing calendars
Respond to emails and help with communication tasks
Organize files, documents, and online records
Help prepare reports and documents as needed
Perform light research and online tasks
Communicate with team members and clients as needed
Provide general administrative support to the team
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic computer skills (Google Docs, email, Zoom, etc.)
Ability to stay organized and manage tasks effectively
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Positive, friendly attitude and willingness to learn
Attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Anyone over the age of 18
High school diploma or equivalent required
Authorized to work in the U.S.
No experience necessary — we will train you!
Must be comfortable working remotely
Pay range of $30–$50/hr based on your skills and experience
