Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with designers, program managers, and engineers to explore, plan, validate, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Advocate for a design system approach by developing reusable, scalable UI patterns that ensure cohesive user experiences across products.
  • Support initiatives that enhance platform thinking and improve design processes to foster consistency and cohesion in user experiences.
  • Actively contribute to a vibrant, diverse, and global design community.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in user experience design.
  • Proven expertise in design systems and building reusable UI components.
  • Solid understanding of visual design fundamentals including typography, color theory, hierarchy, and gestalt principles.
  • Skilled in visualizing and prototyping at various levels of fidelity-from early concepts and wireframes to polished, production-ready assets with documentation.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate design rationale and outcomes to diverse stakeholders.
  • Passionate about AI-driven interfaces and emerging technologies, with a comfort for ambiguity and experimentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in interaction design including wireframing, user flows, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with motion design or animation principles.
  • Background in industries that leverage design-centric tools or platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred; equivalent work experience is also welcomed.
