Job Title: Urologist (Full-Time, Permanent)
Location: Northern California Coastal Region
Overview:
An established and well-respected healthcare facility in a scenic Northern California coastal community is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join a growing outpatient-based urology practice with strong administrative and clinical support. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, possess strong surgical skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment. New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome to apply.
Base Salary Range: $515,000-570,000 annually
RVU Target: 6,800 – 7,600 annually (additional earning potential through productivity)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Call: 7–10 days per month (ER call average)
Setting: Primarily outpatient clinic with shared hospital responsibilities
Support Team: Includes 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 2 Patient Service Specialists, and a surgery scheduler
Facility Resources Include:
Olympus flexible and rigid scopes
Rectal ultrasound for TRUS biopsy
Urodynamics system
Bladder scanner
PTNS systems
Power exam/procedure tables
EMR system: Epic
Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of urologic disorders
Perform a broad range of general urologic procedures including cystoscopy, TURP/TURBT, nephrectomy, vasectomy, hydroceles, orchidopexy, and bladder calculi fragmentation
Proficiency in TRUS biopsies and incontinence procedures preferred
Robotic surgery experience is a plus but not required
95% adult patient population, 5% pediatric
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (ABMS/AOA)
Active or eligible for California medical license (fluoroscopy certification required)
BLS, ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
