TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR – Lee’s Summit
Join our team as a Transportation Coordinator in our new Lee’s Summit location, providing pupil transportation for the Lee’s Summit R-7 School District, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and exemplary transportation department.

What You’ll Be Doing Daily Operations: From supervising field staff scheduling to ensuring top-notch customer service, you'll oversee various aspects of transportation operations.
Personnel Management: Lead by example as you train, evaluate, and provide feedback to team members, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and efficiency.
Fleet Management: Take charge of maintaining the fleet's condition, overseeing maintenance schedules, and ensuring vehicles are safe for operation.
Facility Oversight: Ensure the office and grounds are well-maintained and provide a safe working environment for all staff.

About the Position: - Salary - $49,920-$55,000 per year, commensurate on experience
