We are seeking a skilled, analytical, and enthusiastic total rewards analyst to provide robust production from our total rewards packages for our employees. This position will be responsible for analyzing, administering, and ensuring participation and compliant usage of our total reward offerings. It will work with our rewards vendors and require excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a hybrid role that will work from home and in office on a weekly basis. **POSITION SUMMARY**
This position is responsible for providing analysis of compensation and benefit programs, policies, structures and practices and identifies opportunities for improvements in operational practices and procedures, as well as the implementation and support for the adoption of new processes to increase efficiency and compliance while maximizing the highest level of quality. This position is a key interface between leadership, employees and vendors with a focus on quality of outcomes and superior service.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field or equivalent education and experience.
+ Three years' data analysis and/or program management experience within Human Resources.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Experience in Compensation and Human Resources administration in multiple functional specialties, preferably in the healthcare industry.
+ Workday experience.
+ Additional related education and/or experience.
