This position will be responsible for analyzing, administering, and ensuring participation and compliant usage of our total reward offerings. It will work with our rewards vendors and require excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a hybrid role that will work from home and in office on a weekly basis. Come do great work, on behalf of better health! **POSITION SUMMARY** This position is responsible for providing analysis of compensation and benefit programs, policies, structures and practices and identifies opportunities for improvements in operational practices and procedures, as well as the implementation and support for the adoption of new processes to increase efficiency and compliance while maximizing the highest level of quality.
