Job Description



The Sr. Analyst, HR Technology – Recruiting & Talent is a key member of the HR Technology team at MasterBrand, responsible for managing and optimizing the Workday Recruiting and Talent infrastructure. This role ensures seamless integration between Workday Talent, Recruiting, Onboarding, and the broader HCM ecosystem, enabling efficient and compliant HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Workday Recruiting and Talent modules to support evolving business needs.
  • Ensure seamless process flow between Talent, Recruiting, Onboarding, and downstream integrations.
  • Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Lead testing efforts for system changes, upgrades, and new feature implementations.
  • Analyze and improve business processes, proactively identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Provide Tier 2 support for Recruiting and Talent-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Lead the Workday semi-annual release preparation by partnering with stakeholders to review and recommend feature adoption based on Masterbrand’s strategy and needs, ensuring timely completion of all regression testing, and providing training and technical support in delivering the new or upgraded functionality.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support HR analytics and decision-making.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS, with a focus on Workday Recruiting and Talent. Experience with additional Workday modules such as Report Writing and Compensation is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes and their integration across Workday.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and business process design.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
