Where You’ll Make Waves

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the go-to expert keeping our smart livestock management products field-ready and performing at their best.

You’ll:

• Diagnose and repair returned devices down to the component level
• Refurbish products and run thorough quality checks before shipping
• Perform firmware updates and support product validation
• Triage technical issues and resolve enquiries alongside Customer Success
• Collaborate with R&D and Operations to improve service processes
• Be part of a team that’s passionate about delivering reliable solutions that make farming better

Your technical know-how and proactive approach will directly impact customer satisfaction and product excellence.

What You’re Made Of

You’re one of us - hands-on, solutions-focused, and not afraid to dig in and fix things fast. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love collaborating to solve problems, and believe that real innovation happens when sleeves are rolled up.

Here’s what you bring to the herd:

• A qualification in electronics, IT, or strong technical aptitude
• Experience diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment (or a strong willingness to learn)
• Familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and test jigs
• Clear communication skills—no jargon, just clarity
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle tasks without dropping the ball
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with CRM or inventory systems (SAP experience is great)
