We are looking for a Senior Manager, Program Management to join our team and lead the execution of multiple business plans and projects. What you'll do...

  • Drive Business Plans and Projects:

    • Identify customer and operational needs
    • Develop and communicate business plans and priorities
    • Remove barriers and obstacles impacting performance
  • Supervision and Development:

    • Select, train, and mentor associates
    • Build a team-based work environment
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching
  • Promote Company Policies:

    • Train and provide direction on company policies, procedures, and standards
    • Ensure compliance and support the Open Door Policy
  • Meet Business Needs:

    • Evaluate the effectiveness of current plans and initiatives
    • Consult with business partners and stakeholders
    • Apply suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Drive Informed Decision-Making:

    • Partner with senior leaders to identify goals and risks
    • Create communication strategies and content
    • Educate sponsors and stakeholders on program requirements

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
