**Job Description:**
**Job Summary**
This position supports the development and execution of local store marketing kits designed to drive in-store sales and support franchisee success. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional efforts to produce marketing materials-including signage, print collateral, and merchandising assets-that align with brand standards and national campaigns. This role works closely with Brand & Digital Marketing, Creative Services, Design & Construction, and Franchise Operations teams to ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and consistency across locations.
The candidate must be highly detail-oriented, with strong planning and project management skills. They should be an innovative thinker who brings fresh ideas, adapts quickly to evolving business needs, and can problem-solve in response to feedback from franchisees. Experience with print production and in-store signage is strongly preferred; merchandising experience is a plus.
This position also supports the analysis and presentation of marketing effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns and better serve the business and its franchise network.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Develops and manages local marketing kits to support store-level initiatives and promotions.
+ Coordinates timelines, workflows, and deliverables across internal teams and external agencies.
+ Ensures brand consistency in messaging, design, and materials across all local markets.
+ Partners with stakeholders to align local efforts with broader brand and campaign strategies.
+ Monitors franchisee feedback to identify issues and propose innovative, scalable solutions.
+ Provides insights, reports, and recommendations to improve marketing performance and franchisee engagement.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (or international equivalent)
+ Experience in local store marketing, print production, or in-store signage development
+ Understanding of merchandising principles and store-level operations (preferred)
+ Strong project management skills
+ Ability to translate brand strategy into practical, store-ready materials
+ Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset, especially when engaging with franchisees
+ Creative problem-solver with a collaborative and proactive approach
**Location** : This position is a flexible location. Candidate can be located anywhere in the domestic U.S to apply without having to relocate.
**Internal Salary Grade** : 20E
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from _$70,560/year_ to _$130,800/year_ . Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
