We're seeking a driven and organized Recruiting Assistant to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in hiring across our retail, grow, and production facilities.
This entry-level role supports the full recruitment life cycle, helping to attract, assess, and onboard top talent. Ideal candidates are people-oriented, detail-driven, and interested in gaining hands-on HR and talent acquisition experience in a regulated industry.
Support recruiting efforts across all departments (retail, grow, production)
Assist with job postings, resume review, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up
Manage applicant flow within the ATS and ensure accuracy in tracking/reporting
Communicate with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience
Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job descriptions and role expectations
Help coordinate onboarding sessions and orientation logistics
Maintain compliance with local and state cannabis hiring regulations
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
1–2 years of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience (cannabis or retail preferred)
Familiarity with recruiting platforms, ATS systems, and job boards
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a regulated and fast-paced environment
Passion for the cannabis industry and commitment to professional integrity
Hourly Rate: $15–$20/hour (commensurate with experience)
