Are you a clinician who is looking to make a difference in the lives of your patients? TeamHealth needs someone like you! We are seeking a psychiatric physician assistant (PA) or mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) to join our healthcare team in the Southwest Arkansas area. The ideal candidates will have a passion for mental healthcare and providing comprehensive psychiatric services to patients in skilled nursing facilities. The locations are in Nashville, Dierks, and Prescott, Arkansas. We also have options in Texarkana.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosis
• Prescribe and manage medications
• Provide therapy and counseling to individuals and groups (as needed)
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues and treatment options

Join a team that provides psychiatry services to adult patients. We care for treatable diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. You will be a part of an integrated team with a primary care physician and nurse practitioner, and psychologist or LPC.

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated range of $138,000 to $160,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
