Cabana Grill Pool Server / Supervisor At Knollwood Club in Lake Forest, IL, we are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Cabana Grill Pool Server/Supervisor. As a key team member, you will oversee the poolside dining experience, ensuring guests receive top-notch service while enjoying our beautiful surroundings. We are looking for a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. The Cabana Grill Pool Server/Supervisor role offers a competitive hourly salary of $15 - $17, providing a rewarding opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming experience for members and their guests
• Take members' food and drink order, check in on them so that they aren’t getting up and coming to you for whatever they may need (refills, napkins, etc)
• Ability to proactively anticipate members' and guests' needs
• Ability to work independently and as a team

Qualifications:

• Serving experience is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Able to be on their feet for long periods of time
• At least 16 yrs of age
