We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Parts Manager to join our team and help lead the continued success of our Parts Department. Position Summary As the Parts Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the parts department, manage inventory, support service and sales departments, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of automotive parts. Key Responsibilities * Manage parts inventory, ordering, receiving, and stocking procedures * Supervise and train parts department staff * Maintain strong relationships with service technicians and sales personnel * Ensure accurate parts pricing and invoicing * Monitor and manage department profitability and sales goals * Provide exceptional customer service to retail and wholesale customers * Implement and maintain parts department policies and procedures * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts area Qualifications * Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a leadership role within an automotive parts department * Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory systems * Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Why Work with Us? * Family-owned and operated dealership with a strong local reputation * Supportive team environment * Growth opportunities within the company * Medical, dental and vision insurance
