Online Advertising & Sales Manager Overview The York Revolution has been welcoming customers for 18 years in downtown York at WellSpan Park. More than just a minor league baseball facility, the Revolution are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for both baseball fans and event attendees year round. Position Overview The Online Advertising & Sales Manager (OASM) will be the organizational leader in the digital advertising efforts, playing a critical role in meeting revenue and attendance goals. This role is perfect for a highly motivated, data-driven marketing professional with a passion for sales and the sports industry. The OASM will manage a budget for external online advertising with the goal of maximizing return on investment. The OASM will use previous experience, industry knowledge, research and past results in determining how to invest the online budget provided. The goal for the OASM is to increase the percentage and volume of online retail sales with regard to traditional sales. The OASM will also take over management of paid social media and Google advertising from 3rd party vendors, with the intent of increasing online ticket product sales and ROI. The OASM will be largely responsible for meeting online individual ticket sales goals. The OASM will serve as the caretaker of our customer database and will manage the usage of this data to conduct targeted marketing campaigns. The OASM will collaborate with the Creative Services Director to create compelling and engaging digital content to support sales. The OASM will collaborate with Marketing, Ticketing, Hospitality and Retail personnel to ensure alignment of sales campaigns between available platforms. Reporting Line: - Reports immediately to the General Manager, V.P. of Operations.
- Secondary manager reports are to the Director of Ticket and Retail Operations and to the President.
Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Online Advertising Strategies: - Plan, implement, and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
Manage Online Retail Channels: - Oversee the operation and optimization of the company's online retail platforms (e.g., website, e-commerce marketplaces).
- Monitor product listings, pricing, and inventory levels to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Sales Performance Analysis: - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales, including conversion rates, average order value (AOV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze emerging technologies and best practices to ensure the organization remains on the cutting edge of digital commerce.
Database Management: - Utilize existing data to aggressively market to existing customers by identifying trends and patterns that resonate with our products.
- Direct organizational efforts to collect new customer data.
Compensation: - The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,000 and $65,000 based on full-time schedule.
- Previous experience and skill set will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Bonus based on performance and meeting revenue goals will be up to 10% of annual salary.
- Paid time off consists of 20 PTO days for the first year. Employees also eligible for parental leave, bereavement leave and disability leave.

Qualifications : - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Experience in marketing and analytics is required.
- Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
- Expertise in social media platforms and the evolving social commerce landscape
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in computer technology including Microsoft applications
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
