Marketing Intern (AI-Driven Demand Generation + Workplace Wellbeing)

Location: GA (In-person in Woodstock preferred, with hybrid/remote flexibility)
Type: Part-Time Internship (10–15 hours/week)
Reports to: Head of Marketing and Communications, and CEO & Founder

🛠 What You’ll Work On

Content & Brand Marketing

• Draft and schedule thought leadership posts for the CEO using Taplio + AI
  
   
• Repurpose videos, blog content, and interviews into social-ready formats
  
   
• Research trends in wellness, HR tech, and employee benefits for content inspiration
  
   

Social Engagement & Community Building

• Help grow Woliba’s audience by engaging on LinkedIn with HR/People Ops leaders
  
   
• Warm up leads by commenting on posts and starting authentic conversations
  
   
• Support the creation of a consistent brand voice across channels
  
   

Outbound & Growth Marketing

• Build ICP-based lead lists with Clay and Sales Navigator
  
   
• Draft and automate personalized LinkedIn outreach with HeyReach
  
   
• Help launch and test outbound messaging sequences that convert
  
   

Analytics & RevOps Support

• Track MQLs, SQLs, and post performance in Notion or Google Sheets
  
   
• Analyze what messaging and formats are resonating—and why
  
   
• Share campaign insights to improve future growth strategies
