Marketing Communications Manager
Location: Highland, IL
Position Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (On-site, no hybrid/remote)
Travel: Minimal, as needed
Eligibility: Must be a U.S. citizen
Reports To: Vice President of Marketing
Direct Reports: Sr. Technical Writer, Technical Writer, and Marketing Communications Specialist
Salary Range: $117,000 - $134,000 (Compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do:
Lead the Marketing Communications Team - Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and overall marketing communications strategy.
Develop & Execute Marketing Initiatives - Oversee campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities in collaboration with product teams.
Manage Digital & Print Content - Supervise the development of marketing materials, including brochures, product literature, videos, press releases, and advertising.
Website & Social Media Management - Ensure an engaging, user-friendly digital experience; oversee website performance and content updates.
Trade Show & Event Coordination - Plan and evaluate trade show ROI, ensuring effective brand representation at events.
Brand Consistency & Corporate Identity - Enforce brand guidelines and ensure uniform application across all communications.
Vendor & Partner Collaboration - Work with photographers, designers, printers, and marketing consultants to develop high-quality materials.
Performance Analysis & Reporting - Track and report on marketing campaigns, digital engagement, and event success to drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring to the Team:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in marketing, advertising, digital publishing, or promotional activities.
Skills & Tools:
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Video Editing.
Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
Creative & Analytical Mindset: Ability to develop compelling marketing content while analyzing data to optimize strategies.
