**Job Description:**
Maintenance Supervisor
1. Planificar y coordinar las intervenciones de mantenimiento en la instalación.
2. Liderar al equipo técnico.
3. Garantizar la seguridad en el lugar de trabajo.
4. Identificar y adquirir equipamiento y recambios para el correcto funcionamiento de la planta.
5. Identificar y solucionar problemas relacionados con el funcionamiento del equipamiento de la planta.
6. Participar de forma proactiva en la generación de ideas de mejora continua.
7. Estar al día de nuevas tecnologías o técnicas que puedan ser de interés para la instalación.
8. Participar en las iniciativas globales y/o regionales en materia de mantenimiento.
9. Colaborar en la implantación del Sistema de Gestión implantado.
10. Si se requiere, formar parte del Equipo Inocuidad de los productos.
11. Cumplir el protocolo de fabricación de productos KOSHER y HALAL
