Inside Sales Representative

Overview

Are you a problem-solver with a knack for technical solutions and sales? We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll collaborate with management, outside sales engineers, and both internal and external customers to provide innovative solutions for technical, service, and commercial challenges.

Your primary focus will be on closing orders, offering technical expertise, and positioning our company as a trusted partner in the market. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, has a strong understanding of electrical products and services, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

What You'll Do:

Support customers and sales teams by providing expert guidance on products, pricing, and solutions.
Review and analyze customer needs to develop competitive pricing and project solutions.
Manage small to medium-sized projects as needed.
Maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers by understanding their business and delivering outstanding service.
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and address customer concerns efficiently.
Travel up to 20% as required.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience in the electrical industry.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the electrical industry.
Ability to read electrical one-line diagrams (single-line schematics).
A valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in sales-related project management and lead generation.
Experience overseeing or leading remote team members.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Sharp attention to detail when reviewing project quotations and technical information.
A proactive mindset and a passion for problem-solving and sales.
