As an Entry-Level Marketing Systems Assistant, your focus will be on helping digital businesses implement structured systems for lead generation, customer follow-up, and scheduling. You won’t be handling content creation or strategy—you’ll be in the backend, setting up and managing the workflows that make it all function.

Build digital pathways using drag-and-drop page and form builders
Install contact forms, opt-in blocks, and call-to-action triggers
Sync landing pages with calendars and automated response sequences
Design step-based workflows that send reminders and confirmation messages
Set rules for lead engagement (e.g., sends text if not booked within 24 hours)
Organize sequences that automatically adapt based on user behavior
