Job Description

Job Summary: We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as entry-level manufacturing machine operators. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in the production process.

**Shifts Available: **2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor equipment to ensure smooth operation and identify any issues or defects.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
• Inspect finished product to ensure they meet quality standards utilizing provided gauges.
• Maintain adherence to 5S standards and follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
• Basical Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
