Where You'll Work
This role can be based out of our offices in Emeryville, CA, or Indianapolis, IN, with a hybrid working arrangement. Additional locations include the Boston, Washington D.C., and New York City metropolitan areas, where you will begin remotely and transition to hybrid once offices are established. We also welcome fully remote applicants.
Authorization to work in the U.S. is a requirement.
What You'll Do
We're expanding rapidly, and the Enterprise Account Executive role is key to our success. We're looking for a driven, adaptable sales professional to help us reach new milestones by expanding our customer base. You will sell our platform and services to new clients while supporting strategic efforts to grow partnerships with larger accounts.
In this role, you'll be closing deals through your own proactive outreach, utilizing the latest sales practices and tools. You'll build relationships with potential customers, working closely with teams to craft business cases and establish partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, educate, and close new customers to meet sales targets
Translate the value of our platform and services into clear, business-focused outcomes for a variety of audiences, including C-level executives
Set up and deliver successful proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations to convert new clients
Track and report weekly sales activities and maintain an accurate forecast of your business pipeline
Drive high activity levels through tailored outreach across multiple channels
Skills and Experience:
Required:
6+ years of experience in sales within the translation and localization industry
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles (9-15 months) to the mid-market and enterprise levels, with a history of acquiring new accounts and exceeding revenue goals
Consistently closing deals ranging from $250k to $2M, with annual quotas exceeding $1.2M
Proficient in independently securing meetings with target clients, as well as working with ADR/BDR teams
Experience leading RFP responses and collaborating across departments to drive successful outcomes
Strong knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and Chorus.ai
Skilled in negotiating terms with procurement teams, senior management, and C-level executives
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Services, Product, and Senior Leadership) during deal cycles
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead both in-person meetings and virtual demos
Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
