Description Well respected firm is in search of an entry-level attorney to join their team of professionals based in Los Angeles, California. In this attorney role, you'll be primarily tasked with representing school districts and public entities in premises liability, personal injury, and employment matters. Responsibilities: - Handle a caseload of approximately 30+ cases, including personal injury defense and general civil litigation - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents - Attend court appearances and engage in trial preparation - Oversee law & motion, discovery, and depositions - Manage and respond to a high volume of customer inquiries - Serve as a representative for clients in legal proceedings - Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed - Provide advice and guidance on legal matters impacting the organization - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws and regulations - Work collaboratively with paralegals and secretaries How to Apply: Please submit your resume ONLY to Vice President Quidana Dove at Quidana.DoveRobertHalf. < com > Requirements - Applicant must possess a minimum of one year of detail-oriented experience as an attorney. - Demonstrable proficiency in civil litigation is a key requirement for this role. - The candidate must be a licensed attorney, with certification from a recognized legal body. - Prior experience as a litigation attorney is a significant advantage. - Practical experience in civil litigation is highly desirable.
