We’re looking for a Consumer Sales Specialist to be a key player in our direct-to-consumer (DTC) program. The Consumer Sales Specialist helps drive revenue, grow membership, and strengthen customer relationships across all direct-to-consumer channels: tasting room, website, events, and field sales. This dynamic, customer-facing role combines sales strategy, storytelling, and operational support. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves connecting with people both in person and online. You’ll work closely with the Director of DTC Sales & Marketing to convert leads, elevate the guest experience, and support club growth and retention.

What You’ll Do:

-Drive DTC sales. Be the ultimate Three Sticks Ambassador through phone campaigns, email outreach, follow-ups, and in-person tastings at our historic Adobe in Sonoma and on the road.
-Be a club champion. Grow wine club memberships, build loyalty, and create retention programs that make members feel like VIPs.
-Represent us on the road. Assist in organizing and executing roadshows, wine dinners, and pop-ups in key markets across the country.
-Support digital sales. Write and schedule DTC email campaigns and track their performance (open rates, click-throughs, conversions).
-Bring the energy. Host tastings, support peak hours in the tasting room, and providing a high-touch, conversion-driven guest experience.
-Keep it organized. Be a identify sales opportunities and strengthen customer relationships utilizing our CRM information process orders, and handle customer inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
-Contribute to events. Join our event committee and assist with setup, logistics, and on-site sales activation.

What You Bring:

-2+ years of wine sales, tasting room, or event experience
-Excellent written, phone, and interpersonal communication skills
-Experience with tools like C7, Tock, and Triple Seat (or quick to learn)
-A self-starter attitude with strong follow-through and attention to detail
-A love for wine, people, and storytelling
-Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and travel regularly
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (yes, cases of wine are heavy—but worth it)
