She Recruits is working with a high-growth organization to identify a Compensation Analyst who is ready to make an impact. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and wants to play a key role in shaping compensation strategy across a national workforce.

This position reports to senior leadership in People Analytics and Total Rewards. The right candidate will have a strong foundation in compensation design, market analysis, and HR systems—especially Workday—and be able to communicate insights with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update salary structures, job classifications, and geographic differentials

  • Support the design and administration of incentive and bonus programs

  • Forecast annual raises and model compensation for over 1,000 employees

  • Evaluate job descriptions and ensure internal consistency and appropriate leveling

  • Provide compensation guidance to HR, Finance, and Recruiting teams

  • Conduct competitive market analyses and participate in compensation surveys

  • Monitor regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws

  • Configure and manage compensation components in Workday HCM

  • Build dashboards and reports in collaboration with IT to ensure pay equity

  • Prepare ad hoc compensation recommendations and presentations for leadership

  • Partner with recruiting to advise on salary ranges and total rewards during hiring

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or a related role

  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in Excel and compensation tools

  • Experience working in or alongside high-performance, professional services environments

  • Clear, concise communicator with strong attention to detail

  • Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred)

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently

  • Familiarity with compensation compliance requirements

  • Must reside within commuting distance of Wilmington, Philadelphia, or Boston

  • Willingness to work in the office an average of four days per week

  • Ability to consistently work 45–50 hours per week with occasional evenings/weekends

This is a high-visibility opportunity within a well-respected organization that values its people and invests heavily in their development. Alongside a competitive salary and performance-based bonus, the company offers a robust benefits package including 401(k) with match, generous PTO, wellness stipends, and a leadership team that prioritizes culture, performance, and growth.

If you’re looking for your next step in compensation analysis and want to work with a team that values accuracy, insight, and strategic HR thinking, we’d love to connect.
