Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our catering division. This leadership role is responsible for building a strong client base, promoting our services, closing high-value catering deals, and developing streamlined systems that support sustainable business growth. You will have full ownership of the catering sales pipeline and the autonomy to hire support staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for catering.
• Actively network with local businesses, event planners, schools, churches, and community organizations.
• Manage client relationships from inquiry to event execution.
• Customize catering packages for different event types and seasonal needs.

Marketing & Promotion

• Design and manage promotional campaigns (digital, print, and event-based).
• Lead marketing efforts through social media, community engagement, and local outreach.
• Collaborate on branding materials such as flyers, tasting menus, and online content.
• Plan and promote tastings, vendor showcases, and pop-up activations.

Operations & Leadership

• Implement CRM systems to track leads, contacts, follow-ups, and client history.
• Work closely with kitchen, front-of-house, and logistics teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Recruit, train, and oversee part-time staff or assistants during high-volume periods.
• Report monthly KPIs and performance updates to the CEO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in catering sales, hospitality, or food service marketing.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition and closing deals.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills — capable of building and managing systems.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Google Sheets, etc.) and marketing platforms (Canva, Instagram, Facebook).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and build new structures.
• Passion for Filipino culture and cuisine is a big plus.
