Overview:

The bartender at Cambria Hotel Austin Downtown is responsible for crafting and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar, and delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment. The role is primarily evenings and includes working weekends and holidays. Bartenders may serve in the rooftop Limestone bar and assist during events or busy shifts.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Basic knowledge of drink preparation and bar etiquette

Preferred:

• 1–3 years of bartending or beverage service experience

• Familiarity with cash handling and order processing

• TABC certification and Food Handler’s Permit

• Understanding of wine, spirits, and cocktail presentation

Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $10.25/Hr. - $10.25/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
