What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare aircraft surfaces: cleaning, sanding, and masking.
• Apply primers, paints, and coatings with spray guns and brushes.
• Ensure smooth, accurate, and consistent paint finishes.
• Inspect final coatings and perform touch-ups as needed.
• Follow safety and environmental guidelines for hazardous materials.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards.

What You’ll Need:

• Previous aircraft painting experience (or related field preferred).
• Knowledge of aviation painting tools, materials, and techniques.
• High attention to detail and commitment to precision.
• Understanding of safety procedures for hazardous materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
• Physically able to work in tight spaces and at heights.
