Duties:

• Investigate Ship & Debit claim requests for Datacom, ELE, Fiber, and specialty products from 12 distributors and prepare for payment.
• Receive ship/debit claims from Ship and Debit customers.
• Validate information from distributors by comparing customer information to Prysmian pricing information.
• Approve or deny CCP’s sent by Claims for all ship/debit claims that have deductions against them.
• Create CCP’s for distributors that do not take deductions up front.
• Complete Ship & Debit CCP’s and forward to product management for approval.
• Investigate and settle chargebacks for ship/debit distributors.
• Help train new sales staff on proper ship/debit procedures.
